As it was reported on Monday, November 21 by the Director of UEFA EURO 2012 in Ukraine Markiyan Lubkivsky "UEFA has decided to ban not only smoking, but also the sales and advertising of tobacco products."
He has noted that stewards will be helping to watch the cigarette smoke at the stadiums. When they notice somebody smoking, they first ask to put out a cigarette, and then, if a smoker is caught a second time, he will be asked to leave the stadium.
According to Lubkivsky, there will not be places for smoking at the stadiums. Also, the Director of EURO 2012 in Ukraine said that visitors will be allowed to get in the stadiums 3 hours prior to the game in order to disperse people flow over time. An entertainment program will be prepared for the fans, so they will not be bored while waiting.
